Leon Oblak is full professor at the Department of Wood Science and Technology, Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana.
He received his Ph.D. in 1998 at Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana. He was habilitated as assistant professor on the same Faculty in 2001, as associate professor in 2008 and as full professor in 2017.
His areas of research include: Marketing Management in Wood Industry, Management of Production in Wood Enterprise, Environmental Protection in Wood industry, Project Management. He has authored or co-authored over 300 refereed publications and he has made over 50 conference presentations.
Leon Oblak is a founding member of WoodEma association and the first President of association (2007-2009).
