Dr. Ivana Perić is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, University of Zagreb. She began her academic career in 2010 as a teaching assistant, later advancing to postdoctoral researcher and assistant professor.

Her research interests include industrial organization, the bioeconomy, information systems, and business economics, with particular emphasis on strategic management, organizational analysis, and development processes. Her scientific and professional work encompasses the application of information systems in organizational and business decision-making, the design of strategic models, and the development of frameworks for improving competitiveness in the bioeconomy sector. She has authored and co-authored numerous scientific and professional papers, as well as several book chapters.

She is an active member of WoodEMA since 2010, participating in international scientific collaboration and professional activities.
